The app enables users to remotely attest their life, download pension certificates, update their profile, and request changes in payment methods. Additionally, the app features alerts for all CIMR operations and geolocation of all CIMR agencies in Morocco.
CIMR DIALCOM offers a convenient solution for CIMR beneficiaries, allowing them to remotely attest their lives through a selfie, eliminating the need to physically go to the bank for the activation of their RAHATI card or prepare and send certificates of life to the CIMR.
